About Lisa
Lisa Chapman holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology (training design). She began working in training design and performance improvement at Delta Air Lines, where she worked for 7 1/2 years. While there, Lisa taught, created and managed global training programs. As the training manager, Lisa let the team creating training for thousands of employees worldwide. They trained them in customer service, leadership, performance management and compliance-related skills.
From Delta, Lisa moved to the Corporate Executive Board where, as a senior director, she worked with executives of Global 1000 companies. Those companies included GE, Caterpillar, Toyota of Australia, Sodexho, Fidelity Investments, Vodacom, Bank of America and hundreds of other organizations in North America, Australia and Europe. She taught these executives best practices to improve sales, recruiting and training. In 3 1/2 years, she conducted hundreds of in-person sessions and hundreds of web-based seminars.
